Besides above, he had gained experience of Merger and Acquisition, Inbound and Outbound Investments, International taxation, FEMA compliances and performed various facets of audit like system audit, internal audit, tax and statutory audit, financial due diligence, compliance audit, bank audit, Inspection of share broking firm and Depository Participants, carried out Forensic/Investigation works for private firms, FEMA, SEBI, etc.

He is having more than 25 years of vast experience in the indirect tax domain which includes statutory compliances, assessments, VAT Audit, representing before the
tax authorities, etc. Besides above, he has gained depth knowledge in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Central and Concurrent Audit of Banks, Society Audit etc.
