IECA Foundation ideology is developed and nurchures by our founder trustee Mr. Shreehas Churi.

When he was pursuing Aircraft Engineering at United Kingdom he saw how there government is giving proper support to their old age people not only by funding but also providing mental counselling as well as physical health medical support for 24 hours in many ways.

As Mr. Shreehas Churi told us that he was part of that support where U.K. government used to encourage youngsters like him to do social work, such as to visit old age home and old age people at their home to help them to do their daily routine and inspire them to leave joyfully by encouraging them for book reading, walking, waching movies, shopping at supermarkets etc.

ufeffWhen Mr. Shreehas Churi came back to India he always have that thought in mind to do something solid for old age people. IECA Foundation is working for Societies development through various membership also this foundation trying to gather youth from different sectors and area for focusing there youth energy for constructive work of Nation building from last 10 years.
