Minster was formed back in 1994 as a vocational guidance centre but has evolved into a very large accumulation of knowledge in many different areas around the 5+1 Inclusive Approach (Leadership, Suppliers, Customers, Employees, Stakeholders and Community) developed by RSA and The Centre for Tomorrows Company. It has been instrumental in designing, developing and delivering workshops, projects, seminars for the public, private and voluntary sector. The past 20 years have been spent working with the other 27 countries of the EU on projects around delivering the European vision of collaboration for the future.
We see the knowledge base as a means of perpetuating and building on the knowledge base to identify & extend the knowledge to tackle some of the issues facing organisations and people with the end result of “making a difference”
